Painting

Powder Coating
Powder coating delivers an exceptionally thick, durable, and impact-resistant protective layer compared to traditional liquid paint. It cures under heat to form a seamless finish with excellent chip, scratch, and corrosion resistance for rugged metal parts.

Electroplating
Electroplating deposits a thin layer of functional metal (such as Gold, Silver, Nickel, Chrome, or Brass) onto components via electrolysis. It significantly improves electrical conductivity, solderability, wear resistance, and oxidation protection for precision electronic and slip ring parts.

Passivation
Passivation is a specialized chemical treatment for stainless steel that removes free iron and surface contaminants. It restores the natural chromium oxide passive layer, preventing rust and ensuring biocompatibility and cleanliness for medical, food, and aerospace applications.

Sandblasting
